Job Context

The working environment would be mostly outdoor and should be able to work in a noisy, dusty, and warm environment. The job responsibilities require the working person to stand for long hours and to walk long distances.

Job Responsibilities

To keep the packing plant always ready for operation.
To maintain the log/register book.
To cooperate with delivery staff for smooth operation.
Monitoring silo extraction & packing of different grades of cement.
Must have knowledge about tools.
Should be capable of providing maximum delivery by using minimum power consumption.
To manage Operator’s teams and other department staff members and also other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Always be careful & alert in fire fighting activities.
To maintain all mechanical devices or equipment within the cement factory.
Should be willing to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and directions.
To find out problems & solve immediately.
To perform analysis on a breakdown by using an ERP system.
Should be able to manage health and safety procedures and ensure good housekeeping in and around the plant and workshop.
To maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with codes and legal regulations.

Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements

1 to 4 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age at most 32 years

Should have basic knowledge about mechanical engineering & should be expert in handling ERP & smartphone.
The applicants must have adequate knowledge in MS word & MS Excel.
Should be able to perform supervisory responsibilities.
